I stopped smoking 9 days ago and am feeling very good. It is not the first time I tried to quit, but it will be my last.I am using the patch. In a year I will be hitting a milestone birhday and I want to be smoke free. I was a smoker who enjoyed smoking alone, so no one could see how much I smoked. I could go a month without a cig, but then I could go to a pack a day in a week. I have had it! I want to say to all you folks out there... good luck to us all!
