Give and get support around quitting

Hi all,

I managed to quit the evil weed on August 31 this year after around 44 years, leading to a 20 a day habit. I've tried every possible form of quit approach in the past - patches, gum, snus, pills, inhalers, lozenges, hypnosis... A few months back I bought a cheap e-cig which was useless - but perservered & eventually found a more expensive kit which helped me finally cut down over around two weeks, eventually to one a day. First thing in the morning is the hardest time for me but after meals is also bad.

I can't say it's been easy so far but it's the first time I've managed to quit for more than 8 hours in all that time! 30 days today!  I joined this site because I think I'm gonna need some support to stay stopped and I'd also like to quit the nicotine alltogether, so would appreciate any advice on the best way of reducing the e-cig use.
