Hello everyone im new here and really glad to have found this site.
This will be my 3rd attempt at quitting. I have a really good feeling about about the Ex steps. I havent set a quit date yet im still tracking my smoking and identiflying triggers so i can learn to do those things without smoking. My boyfriend quit smoking almost 3 years ago so my home support will be strong and full of understanding. Im really looking forward to setting a date and becomming an Ex !.
