Give and get support around quitting
I just quit smoking 3 weeks ago and I'm finding the times that I spend working on school work very challenging... I've already eaten and want a cigarette really badly.
....try brushing your teeth, chewing gum, sipping water!
Thanks Carol. I did run out to take a walk and get some gum, and snacks..
Tell yourself a firm "NO" and that you will never smoke another one and you wont.
