My quit date

Was yesterday. I had my wisdom teeth pulled and cannot smoke for 2 days. I picked this date because when a doctor says dont smoke it is a lot easier to listen to then listening to myself. I am going cold turkey.

Excellent time to quit! Your mouth will heal faster if you don't smoke and you'll be just about nicotine free after two days.
