To continue our squats, we will be doing the Dr. Oz 30 Day Squat Challenge in addition to HASFits’ 30 Day Low Impact Beginner Workout. Don’t be shy! All are welcome! I am in. I could use some arm work. I think.
Oh my it's been a while. Trying to get into some normal routine but don't think that is going to happen to soon but I do keep on moving. Been getting some walking in with Leslie and getting some arm strengthening in but that is about it.
Baby Carlo has been fighting a resp infection. Has been on antibiotics and had a couple of transfusions. He is hanging in there. He is so so tiny. Still not able to hold him he still spends all his time in the dark except when care is needed.
I will just keep on moving and doing the best I can. Glad to see you all keep on moving!

Good Morning Lovely Ladies: Giulia It appears your heart and mind have accepted the challenge and hopefully your body will catch up soon = keep it going! tjanddj I keep Baby Carlo in my prayers - my granddaughter was 1lb - 8oz when she was born - yes! Her beginning years was a struggle but now she is going great and will turn 13 next week.
I am done for today and looking forward to accepting the arm workout challenge. Thank you kristen-9.7.15 and please let me know when it starts. I am also doing the whole 30 diet and will start both on the same day. Have a great day!
