Listen up all you MOVERS and SHAKERS! We are starting Challenge #2 tomorrow, July 11th. Our first challenge, To the MOVERS and Shakers and Any BODY interested, was a success. Thanks to Miss Jackie for suggesting it! Now on to the next! This challenge has two parts. To continue our squats, we will be doing the Dr. Oz 30 Day Squat Challenge in addition to HASFits’ 30 Day Low Impact Beginner Workout. Don’t be shy! All are welcome! Do what you can, modify if you need to.

OH yeah I did 30 min low impact today on rest day as I was a day behind.
I'm not even clicking on the link, Kristen, before I respond. Not because I'm not interested but because - I think at the moment I'm just not into the physical "challenge" mode. As you may have noticed I haven't been active in any of these groups of late. Why? I'm not sure. Except I think the heat has a lot to do with it. I am challenged every day. I am so utterly uncomfortable with everything I need to do outdoors, from digging up 4' weeds (that's foot not inches), to well ANYTHING outside, weedwacking, picking up sticks, chain sawing... I know that every time I go outside, to do ANYTHING I will suffer greatly. (I'm a Northerner bred and now live in the South.) And I need to go outside to do the things that are necessary to do out there around the house. Every day is just a day where the sweat pours off my face, literally and drips onto the ground in large drops. I carry a washcloth in my pocket and mop it up as often as I can, but I come in and my shirt is soaked. All of it. Not just the usual under the armpits, the back - it's ALL of it. (I wear long sleeves and jeans because there's a ton of poison ivy and chiggers and I can't afford to walk around without protection.) It's beyond what most can imagine. I sweat in the extreme (even in shorts or sleeveless). Which is probably a pretty good thing, when you think about getting rid of toxins, but not so good when you don't drink enough water and go to bed and your legs are cramping up. The idea of coming inside and doing some more suffering by a full weight workout or squats or anything else that might make me sweat yet again is.... just more than I can motivate myself to do at present. I hope, however, to get back to it. And also when the rest of my life is out of control and challenging, organization-wise, which it is - I just can't add a new challenge into the mix.
But I am sitting back here lurking and admiring the heck out of you all who are keeping up with these challenges. I was doing pretty well there for a while. Just - couldn't keep it up with everything else. God knows I'm for a challenge, but I think mine has been reached at the moment until a battery re-charge happens.
No worries G! It sounds like you do a lot every day, all day! I’m okay doing it by myself. Posting just keeps me accountable and if anyone wants to join me, cool! If not, I’ll have my own workout party all by myself. Teeheehee
