You've probably seen a message from me previously welcoming you to the community. From what I can see it appears your quit date is coming up in a week from now. To get ready for that date it's good to prepare yourself. Below are a short list of things you can do to prepare yourself for your quit date. My Quit date is 051520 and thought I would write about it. I plan on exercising instead of smoking and I'll do it first thing after shower every day. I plan on losing weight and gain muscle. I want to feel in my 20's again. I know I can do it especially with the help of my husband of 30 years.
