Just my daily check-in, feeling WONDERFUL cause I am smoke-free and glad to be!!!!  I hope everyone keeps up the great work and keeping with my positive attitude has more than helped with my lifestyle change!!  I have been keeping myself so busy I don't even think of a smoke untill I come to the site now,weird I think not but I am still checking in for the support and the conversations!!!
