Hope everything is going good in everyone’s quit and their plan to quit. If anyone is considering to quit and hasn’t yet I would definitely recommend it. I’d recommend planning out your quit date and have ways you’re going to cope with stress (personally I’d write them down). I like coming on here every so often and check in, though this time coming on here was because I was reminded about it through an ex community webinar email. The webinar says it’s about quitting tobacco and re discovering yourself. It’s on November 7th and I’m gonna check it out.
