It makes no sense to a lot of people that I changed my quit date but up until now I have used nicotine gum. So today is my official day I'm starting without a net under me 🤣. At least I don't feel like I'm holding my nose and jumping into the deep end of the pool like I did 20 days ago. 

I've rearranged how I do a lot of things differently over the past few weeks. So I have a good feeling that after 38 years of smoking I am for the first time going nicotine free.
