Having a hard time

I have 4 months and 2 weeks, and wonder if I should ask for support ora referral to another place that counsels ex smokers. I already got advice from Young at heart, and read several times the reading materials, along with "No Man's Land". I also know about the MA Quit line, and NicA. I don't know what would help out, Just reaching out to you.
