Having a Hard time

I have been having a hard time with not smoking. I haven't smoked but lately, I have been craving one. I was hoping by now I would be past this. So anything that you can say will be most appreciated. I sort of know what I need to do but I think if I hear some advice it will help. I try to stay busy but I can only do so much with my disability. But I've been more active lately. I think the cold helps me to move too. Any help will be very welcome. Thanks
