I have been trying to change up my routine and do things differently. I have discovered that mornings are the hardest for me. I treat each day as a quit day and try hard not to smoke. Just in a few days I have drastically cut back. I cannot wait to go my first 24 hours without smoking. Once i do that I will not touch them again! Ready or not on the 28th smoking is gone forever. I can do this!!
