Doing better

Doing better today. I got a decent night's sleep, stayed off alcohol and Had a mate come over for dinner.

I got in touch wit ha service called lifeline and they said it isn't uncommon for people get seasonal depression during the Easter period, which was the validation I needed. I am like everyone else. Except the last weekend was worse than it was. I had someone approach me on FB to collaborate with vocals and do some audio engineering, which is something I needed and didn't realize. With that I made a new musician friend and I feel like this week is going to work out.

I first started smoking in around 2008 after a horrendous break up. I don't know why I did in the first place. I resent this decision to this date. Now I am free and continue to stay off the cigs! I currently work as a kitchenhand and write music!
