So it's been a few days since I've posted, I've been busy and distracted (but that's a good thing). I'm not having super intense cravings anymore. I'm still not sleeping the best though. I can finally wake up and drink my coffee without feining for a smoke. I've have maybe 1 moment of frustration that led to a tiny outburst but I quickly regained composure. I want to thank you guys for all the support in because I'm definitely wouldn't of made it this far without it 🙂 I'm going to try to make time to jump on here at least in the morning and at night.
