Today, I have made it smoke-free for 2 months!!! My quit day was January 1st and my last cigarette was Dec. 31st at 6:00. I have made it and am so glad that I haven't cheated myself yet.
I still have those cravings, but I don't want to smoke. I don't want to have to fight that fight again and now I am strong enough to know that I CAN stay smoke-free.
I have downloaded an app called My Quit and when I start to feel like I want to smoke, I read the number of cigarettes that I haven't smoked and the amount of $$$ I have saved. It has been a big help and I would encourage anyone that is trying to quit to try it.
