Day 60

I started the second box of 14 mg patch's; I know I should have dropped down to 7mg patches after 14 days of 14mg but I wasn't ready. It's been about a week since I used any gum so I'm past that point. Now I'm working on reducing the number of hours I wear the patch. The last three nights I've been taking the patch off before bed and I don't put a new one on until after my walk in the mourning. So now I'm only wearing the patch for 12-13 hours a day. I finally had a doctor's appointment for my breathing problem. Doctor said my lungs sounded good but set up a breathing test and ct for my lungs. It sucks I'm getting sucked into constant doctor's appointments. The weather does suck, 20-30 below zero wind chill so I spent the last 2 days making venison Braatz.
