My first week was tough but more mental really. After that it seemed each day was an accomplishment (even around other smokers) no biggy. I had MADE my mind up. Well well well.. here I am 2 months and each day this week has been a HUGE temptation! This has truly caught me off guard- not sure if it will simply pass~or just go back to the daily “this day was a success”
God Love you all that has quit and stayed quit!!! I’m not giving up but darn this time period is rough.
