Good Sunday afternoon everyone. I am still on board the quit train. Although I did get off the train with 13days smoke free in the beginning of my journey I quickly jumped back on board and that was 36 days ago. This is the longest time I have ever been without a cigarette. I buried that old friend because he was killing me. I've picked up a few new friends who have the same goals as I do that is to remain smoke free. Thank you to my new friends here on EX platform your support and encouragement have been very instrumental in helping me to stay on this path
