36 days

It’s been 36 days since I’ve quit smoking and I am still on my best on it to maintain and achieve my goal. A great Christmas present for myself! A cleaner me and a good health. My co workers noticed me that I gained weight and good looking skin since I quit smoking. 
A great 2022 to look forward to!
