It's been 2 weeks exactly since I quit! The cravings are less frequent, but more intense. WAY more intense. But it's easier to realize it's just a craving, and it'll pass. Like right now I'm having one, cause I just ate breakfast. But I know that it'll pass, and i'll be ok. When I get up in the morning, & after I put my daughter to bed is when the cravings are stronger. So i've just found other ways to occupy myself at those times. [Even though certain members in my household bitch cause I use the computer to entertain/distract myself, lol].
