Omg I've made 2 weeks with the help of BecomeAnEx, the people on here cheering me on and Chantix. Dr said I'm doing so good with Chantix he is going to keep me on it for 6 months. Hope I can hold onto my quit at that time.
I had a moment today. Sitting in my chair watching some TV and I looked at my end table looking for my ashtray and pack. It was a bit of a shock that after 2 weeks that would happen. I told myself "I don't do that anymore " and reached for my air inhaler. I keep 3 in the cup holder on my recliner.
I may be a bit dependent on the air inhalers right now. But rather that then cigarettes.
