New here, been a smoker for 20 years. I just had my 20 year high school reunion and, shortly after, one of my classmates who was also a smoker (since high school) passed away of a heart attack! I was already thinking about quitting, but now I'm sure of it (38 year olds do not often pass away of a heart attack!!)! I've tried to quit before and failed, but this time, I know I can do it!
