Yahooooooooooo for EVERYONE - WAY TO GO!!!!!
Hurray in my mind when I first quit I was aiming for 200 day and I did it, thank youBarbscloud
Thanks for the cheer, Mark, and Barb for singling me out. 5,000 days is kinda cool, I gotta admit. Milestones are still uplifting even after 13 years of a quit. I think it's important to aim for milestones. It helps keep up smoke free. Well, I can only speak for me. But smoke-free goals help keep me smoke free.
Hearty congrats to all who celebrate another day quit on this day. Good going jonimarie Somehow I can't believe it's only been 200 days for you. I feel like you've been here for years. And when I say "only" 200 days, it's like "forever" in my mind and I hope forever in yours too. Thank you for introducing me to your https://excommunity.becomeanex.org/people/jonimarie/blog/2019/06/02/my-best-friend . Because of that blog of yours I have gotten on my bike and have ridden 325 miles since I read it back in June. You are an inspiration in more ways than you could ever know. Don't go away.
Going down the list, most haven't logged in a long time. But I'm sending kudos to those who have. Such as
christine315ne Kudos on your 600 smoke-free days!
YOUR most welcome and thanks for ALL YOU DO- gentle hug
Thank you so muchGiulia . I know 200 days! Unfortunatly I missed out on the end of summer biking with my stress fracture and we are here in MN unfortunately deep into winter already in NOV. But I belong to Planet Fitness and ride bike in the winter while watching Ellen Degeneras!
And a happy 5000 days to you.
Thank yousweetplt we are somewhat close in our DOF so I have always followed you from the start and So glad you are still here
