Good morning! Welcome to another day smoke free.
My head is clearing and I can breath easier. I can focus on other things besides not smoking. I found a great morning ritual that is working well for me. When I wake up, I take some nice deep breaths, focus on relaxing my body, and then do some stretching before getting out of bed. It calms my mind and wakes my body up. It is a much more productive and healthy way to start the day. Before this week, I would wake up and go straight outside to smoke. Now I have a plan, positive support, and the tools I need to be successful.
