Sorry I didn’t post this morning I was going through a lot of emotionally bad things and dealing with the feelings by myself but even though it was tough I didn’t go to the store to buy any cigarettes and smoke! I made it through and now I am somewhat back on track of taking care of myself! I have gone through so much of not smoking that I don’t want to start all over again! Thank you
