I'm very thankful that I'm sitting inside nice and toasty looking out my living room window at the snow showers coming down! I'm thinking back to my smoking days sitting outside in my fuzzy pjs with a big fuzzy robe and my big winter boots on too drinking my morning coffee brrrr! I couldn't wear gloves because it was too difficult trying to hold onto the stupid smoke grrrrr! I just shake my head now because I'd be freezing my fingers and butt off trying to get that damned fix BUT thankfully I don't do that anymore and neither do you right!? As difficult as quitting smoking AND or Vaping or dipping is thankfully it's also doable as long as you're willing determined and totally committed to succeed!
