By taking care of ourselves with H.A.L.T - Hungry, Anger, lonely, tired, I have a hard time eating properly but I am trying to do better but by looking after ourselves it also helps our mindset which helps our quits to go a little more smoothly especially in the throws of withdrawals so let's try to take EXtra good care of ourselves so we can continue on with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever - Because - S.I.N.A.O - Smoking is not an option - And for us Exers that's been quit for awhile, let's not let ourselves become complacent - N.E.F - Never Ever Forget - I never ever want to forget the early days and wks of my quit because I never ever want to go back to DAY ONE, I enjoy my Freedom and I plan on the rest of my life being Smoke Free so each evening I will look into the mirror and smile because of ANOTHER DAY WON! - stick to your quits and reap the benefits of being an EXer , you can and will get through the rough patches one day at a time and each evening you can smile because you my friends and fellow Exers will be celebrating ANOTHER DAY WON!
