Sticking with N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what > Works when applied on a daily basis! Vigilance is key! Life happens BUT relapsing isn't the answer EVER!!! Don't forget about H.A.L.T because it's sooo important! It may be an A.A slogan BUT it's great in all aspects of our lives! I have physio on my ankle again this morning BUT even though I'm faithfully doing the EXercises the swelling and pain isn't getting MUCH better PLUS other parts of my body AND my left foot is really acting up because I'm favoring the right foot! I'm using a cane AND icing it several times a day anyway enough RAMBLING! I JUST wanted to mention THAT I thought I'd check with the MRI department AND was floored to find out that the the wait time is 12 to 14 months NOT 4 to 6 months which I thought was bad enough!!! I got a hold of my Drs office AND said I'd be willing to TRAVEL to another hospital if there's a chance it could be quicker! I know I need surgery BUT I need the MRI to see what type THEN I need to see a surgeon which Will be another long wait list to see one! SORRY I'M STILL RAMBLING ON! I guess what I'm trying to say is I'm so so glad that I'm living my Forever Quit because if I was still smoking I'd most definetly be chainsmoking AND the sad part it certainly wouldn't have accomplished a blessed thing! I can handle LIFE on LIFE'S Terms without the horrid Nicotine Poison! Life is MUCH better as an EXer! Stick with NOPE EVERYONE! Here's a picture of my ankle this morning!
