Good day Exer’s!

I know I’ve been absent for a while but you’ve all been in my thoughts as I went from very little work to more work then I could handle! I guess this is a good thing since it’s what pays the bills but I’ve had so little time as of late. I really don’t know how many days quit I am as of now though I know it’s way past a year.

I think that after a while the number of days just doesn’t seem quite so important. After all what’s really important is that the quit is still intact which in my case it still is. I still get those silly little urges sometimes but I understand that they are just that. Silly little urges. I just don’t seem to have any room left in my life for those things so of course I just dismiss them.

But it wasn’t always this way for me. No, like so many of you just starting out on the path to freedom I too felt the fear of quitting. I too had the many doubts that we so often feel as we approach this scary and yet wonderful milestone in our lives. As we approach the actual day of our quit. I too felt the discomfort of those first days and wondered if I might not make it.

But I did make it to freedom I think. I found what I needed deep inside of myself to climb to the summit of Mt. Freedom and now that all of that is a mere memory then I’m glad I did.

So never think you can’t do this thing. Of course you can! The only real enemy is ourselves and I’ll tell you what. Once you get past the fear of losing that old friend. Once you get past those days of wondering if it will ever end. Once you stop listening to that old addicted mind. And most importantly, once you become the master of yourself; Then you really can create your own destiny my friends!

And I’ll tell you what. At that wonderful moment in our quits, the skies the limit! There’s so much that you can do with your new found life of freedom. There’s so much you can do with that new found health. And one thing to never forget is that when you quit, you will learn things about yourself that you might never have known before and these are things that you can use for the rest of your life!

So if you haven’t quit yet, then what are you waiting for? If you’ve just quit then I understand where you are right now and I commend you and support your decision with all of my heart and soul. And if your where I’m at then I really don’t have to explain a thing because your already feeling the freedom. You already know it was worth it. All we have to do is throw that life line to those who might need it!

Will be in touch way sooner!

Chuck
