I started taking Zyban three days ago. I have tracked my cigarettes, identified triggers, done the wait time of 5 minutes up to an hour (depending on the situation). I have been cutting back by a few cigs. a day. The Dr. told me to wait 2 weeks to quit. Any suggestions on setting a date while taking Zyban?
