If I've gotten your quit date wrong, be sure to update it and then go through the steps to sync it to the community.

Please check your Community Profile to see if you've indicated how many cigarettes on average you smoked per day. Then go to the My Quit Stats tab in your profile to see how many cigarettes you have avoided or put the mouse over your username and then click the little "ex" button in the lower left of the hovercard pop-up.

Hi all and congrats to all milestone quitters and all the quitters out there.  I was coming home from work today and finally realized that today was 2nd quit anniversary.  I guess that is a good thing that I don't think about it much anymore it has become more normal for me to a non smoker.  I still have days when I thing wow it cig time but those days are very far apart.  We painted my kitchen this weekend and got rid of the last nicotine stained ceiling and walls.  There has been a lot of change over the several months some good some not so good.  we had major layoff at work I made it through the first cut.  Really waiting for the ax to drop by the end of the year.  My long time boy friend (18 years) moved in to save money since we both work for the same company we wanted to keep expenses down,  Boy that is stress living with someone again after 20 years is not easy but we make it work and with all the stress I think about how I would smoke to each the stress now I just think that it did not ease the stress it made it worse.

well anyway thank you elders for your continued support even though I am not on this site as much as I used to be I still feel the support when I do log in and when I am having about day I just think of all the awesome advice I have received.  Best of luck to all Love and smoke free forever Robin Ann
