What is the book recommended to read?  The Easy Quit?

I got it from the library when I read it.  There were a few points that really stuck with me.  I had already quit when I read it but it reinforced some things for me.  I would, by no means, say that quitting is easy.  That was not my experience.

Thanks!  Read the reviews and people were nuts for this book, some even saying it wasn’t hard.  I like a positive approach, but, as you said, Ellen I don’t see how anyone could say it was easy.
