     Happy Saturday!!!!!!  The Veterans Day breakfast was a good time!!!!!  I had creamed beef.  It was good to see some of the past coworkers.

     We have been set free!!!!!  We are rid of nicodeamon!!!!!  Our minds are healing!!!!  Cherish that freedom!!!!!  Namaste
