Give and get support around quitting

hi

Hello, its been 3 days and Im still sane, any tips on how to ease these initial cravings and withdrawls? Thank you

Congratulations on your quit----so today is day 4 for you...way to go
For the cravings....deep breathes, chew or suck on a straw, gum, candy, go for a walk, drink lots of fluids water and juice especially....I chewed ice like it was my job
Are you using an NRT or going cold turkey?
