Give and get support around quitting

I'm finding that getting back into the gym helps curb my cravings alot. I still want one after a meal and with coffee. I might try the lozenges. Has anyone had any luck with those?

Bravo for you! I think getting back into exercise is one the best ways to fight the urge. I recently went and spent a lot of (future cigarette money) on equipment. It's amazing how bad I'm huffing and puffing after years of smoking, but overall I feel better and better every day and every workout. So will you. As far as the lozenges, I've heard and decided not to bother. You're still putting nicotine into your body, dragging out the whole process even longer. I've put a few of my strategies on my blog page if they help. But I'm new at this too, so who's to say? After your meal and coffee immediately run off to do something else, no matter what it is. It's all about diverting your thoughts. I've noticed this has gotten easier and easier as time goes on. Good luck to you. You can and will do it!
