Set up a reward system for yourself. I bought myself a cell phone when I quit. Now when I want to get a CD/DVD, or a frappicino, I do it because I'm still spending less money than I was on cigarettes and it gives me something to look forward to.
what kind of motivation your are talking about. If you have faith on God nothing will go wrong just believe on your self and do your work, because If you have faith on your self you can achieve any thing in your life.
