Reset my quit date?

So I quit smoking December 16 and I’ve since slipped up and had a cig last Saturday, just one. I know it sounds silly but I’m having a hard time with resetting my quit date. 10 days sounds so much better than 3.

I, too, am proud of you for resetting your date.  That's holding yourself accountable - and perhaps will save you from another cigarette down the road.  Accept that you will never have another cigarette NO MATTER WHAT and you will be successful!
