Well I have picekd my quit date for Monday August 11th 🙂 I will smoke my last cigarette Sunday night. I feel prepared and have done the exercises for separation. I want to jump in and get started.
I plan to clean out my car and detail it on Sunday. I don't smoke in my house, but often go outside to smoke while I talk on the phone or take the dogs outside. I smoke the most on the phone and in my car. I am looking for some input on how to control the cravings in the car .... any help is great
