Good morning everyone. And welcome to all you just joining. I wanted to tell you that a "non smoking" lifestyle" is achievable. I am on day 31 and let me tell you there is no magic pill that is going to make you stop or want to stop (OK and after I wrote that, let me say that I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT PRESCRIPTION medication) YOU CAN DO THIS! I quit after smoking off and on for 12 years, I was up to a little over a 1/2 pack a day. With 5 kids (YES I SAID 5) I didn't think I would be able to quit with all the stress...But you know what...I did. I took it one hour (sometimes 1 minute) at a time. When I felt weak and couldn't hold out anymore, I came on here. There is so much useful information on here and SO MANY people willing to help you. I haven't been on here as much as I would like to the past 2 weeks, but I am hoping that is going to change next week...but it any of you just need to talk vent scream yell whatever helps you not smoke look me up or some one else on here.
