Hi everyone, so glad I found this site through my doctor.  Need to hear how people have managed their cravings.  I seem to be the last holdout "smoker" in my group of friends most of whom are ex-smokers who really havent given me many tips they say "just quit" guess they quit so long ago they dont rember what it feels like. 

Starting wellbutrin tonite has anyone else taken this for smoking cessation?

hahahaha just read my post I guess nannyx13 was a name taken back in 1969.  I posted this at 4pm on January 19, 2014, not Dec. 31 1969.  Goodness back in 69 I was 14 years old ....  wonder why that happened?

Hi I too was a smoker amongst a group of friends who have packed in. We would all sit in the pub having a drink and good conversation when I would continually get up and go outside in the freezing cold to have a bloody smoke! Then I would return shivering and stinking of tobacco and try to rejoin the discussions.  Difficult!  I use champix and seems to work for me. Good luck in all your efforts Cheers
