@lilsean If you approach your quit by first educating yourself about nicotine addiction and then creating a quit plan you'll be off to a solid start on your quit. Too often we want to quit but we don't hnow how.   It is a learning process and it does take work, but it can be done.  It took me 50 years to finally get it.
