Just got an email to let people know that my husband and I quit just over a year and a half ago. I smoked 30 plus cigarettes a day for fourteen years and my husband smoked since he was SEVEN YEARS OLD!!! Yes, 7 years old.... and he was 45 when he quit with me. We used Chantix but for only 14 days for me, and a month for him. I would be willing to share some of the tricks we used to stay quit, as well as some advice.... I never thought I would be able to do it since I tried patches and wellbutrin... etc... many times in my smoking career... Peace to all!
