Hello fellow quitters!  I just learned how to join the discuusion.  I'm a newbie who is confued about the site, but am comitted to learning it.

I'm attempting to quit, but have motivation problems despite understanding the danger in continuing to smoke.

Pls. share inspiration and motivation tips.
