Hey guys! I am on day one, of my third try on quitting this year. I know any attempt makes one more ready to finally be a successful ex smoker. The other two times I lasted approximately 2 months to 3 smoke free... with occasional slips if I had a drink.
I am rolling it through with the gum. What I hate most of the first days is the slow sense of time, and brain fog. Thank God I found an exercise partner which will help tons to get the breathing back on track and throw the garbage quixker out of the lungs and the system.
