Give and get support around quitting

Hello all

Hi all I am so glad to see all of you saying you have quite. I am hoping to. Going one day without smoking seems impossible to me, but I am hoping this works.

I am hoping that cutting back and sperating from triggers will help.

I am going to think positive. I CAN DO THIS!

aloha jackie, cutting back is a hard way to go for long term. try it for a bit just to lower your nicotine levels but sooner or later if you want to stop you just have to not smoke. the triggers will come either way. you will do it lots of help here

Hey Jackie! I have been working the program for several days and really see some progress. Separating from the triggers before you quit is really important. Let us know how you are doing through all of this! Yes, you can do this!

Thank you all for your encouragement. Just by using a few minutes of seperating I cut way back on the smoking. That step was easy. I'm sure the rest of it will not be as easy. But with all of you for support I know I can do it.
