To continue our squats, we will be doing the Dr. Oz 30 Day Squat Challenge in addition to HASFits’ 30 Day Low Impact Beginner Workout. Don’t be shy! All are welcome! Day 9 done. Almost like a rest day.
Rest day my a**!! Haha. I have become weak!! I could barely finish the pushups and I had to switch from an 8 pound to a 5 pound for the floor tricep one.

Glad you made it through. OMGoodness the young LADY could not keep up. tjanddj. I was so EXcited that finally THERE were some pushups the I COULD DO. LOL You need to get some rest. lol, of course, 8lb weight is a bit much for me. On to day 10. Whoo Hoo.
