Give and get support around quitting
Is it normal to feel a little depression after a quit? That's what I'm dealing with now and it's hard to shake it.
BREATHE redpepper deep breath in through the nose...hold it and then exhale through pursed lips very slowly. Kind of like the way you smoked. It really does help. I had a doctor tell me once that the reason so many smokers complain of confusion and disorientation when they first quit is because they have forgotten how to breathe. I laughed it off but, you know what, he was right. BREATHE...make that your only focus for now.
