Day three is usually when my brain negotiates why it’s ok to keep smoking.

@Lindab11   ....and you are ready for it.  The nicotine leaves your body in 3 days, so maybe that is why the desperation sets in.  USE your tools of distraction,  suck a lemon, hard candy, blow through a straw, buy a flavored juice drink.  Just don't smoke.  That is your challenge today, to make it through day 3.

Yes.........One day at a time.  Sometimes one hour at a time.  Every day is a win and every win makes you stronger.  Soon you'll be through with hell week.  Just stay strong and post when you need support.
