@Lindab11 ....and you are ready for it. The nicotine leaves your body in 3 days, so maybe that is why the desperation sets in. USE your tools of distraction, suck a lemon, hard candy, blow through a straw, buy a flavored juice drink. Just don't smoke. That is your challenge today, to make it through day 3.
